Pilot service

Model Railway Manager is currently offered to selected UK model railway clubs as an early pilot. Submitting your exhibition details does not create an obligation to use the service.

Accuracy of information

If we prepare a draft exhibition page, you are responsible for checking dates, venue details, ticket prices, trader lists, layout details, accessibility information and any visitor-facing copy before anything is published.

Payments and ticketing

Do not use demo pages for real payments. Any live ticket sales or payment processing must be agreed and configured before your exhibition goes live.
